  Overall responsibility
  
  Responsible for assisting all customers with their questions about any of our supported computing platforms to the best of his/her ability, in a professional and courteous manner. Being responsible for the Support and Monitoring queues and coordinating Tier 2 support schedules for elevated issues or onsite needs. Handling Follow-up with customers to maintain customer communication and satisfaction. Assist with light IT Administration tasks on customer’s networks.
  
  Key areas of responsibility
  - Coordinates interactions between the customer and support staff in "real time"
  - In depth customer management to retain customers and increases customer satisfaction
  - A willingness to seek answers to all questions addressed to them
  - Document current policies and procedures in the area of Help Desk as well as assisting in implement new procedures for improvement
  - Communicate with the Account Manager regarding client satisfaction or found opportunities
  - Perform basic desktop support
  - Perform adds, moves, and changes on customer’s networks
  - Manage Tier 1 administration of hosted systems
    - Hosted Help Desk System
    - Hosted Spam Filtering
    - Hosted Multitenant Systems
    - Hosted Monitoring Services
    - Hosted Backup Technologies
  - Detailed note taking and documentation for tracking issues and resolutions
  - Internal IT Support as needed

  Qualifications
  - Strong sense of customer service, with a great phone and personal presence
  - Good organizational and time management skills
  - Strong sense of prioritization and adaptation of changing needs
  - Ability to methodically troubleshoot technical issues
  - Solid understanding of IT administration on common Microsoft Desktop and Server platforms
  - Solid foundation of the principles of network communications and protocols
  - Aptitude towards learning and growing as technology progresses
